Responsibilities
- Assist the Boutique Director in enhancing boutique performance and profitability.
- Manage and develop the boutique team, ensuring high standards in operations and client service.
- Monitor individual objectives and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Oversee the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Drive boutique performance through strategic analysis and action plans.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising teams to enhance brand visibility and commercial performance.
- Ensure compliance with boutique operations, including inventory and expense management.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as an ambassador for the Maison.
- Promote clienteling tools to enrich the client database and enhance client satisfaction.
- Manage client and staff flows to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail management and team leadership.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with proficiency in additional languages considered an advantage.
