**The Role**
Weโre looking for an experienced **Digital Experience Manager** to own, optimize, and elevate our website and marketing landing pages.
Youโll own our marketing website and all landing pages end to end โ from concept to conversion. Youโll design, build, test, and optimize pages yourself, ensuring theyโre fast, accessible, and on-brand.
Your goal: measurable lift in qualified pipeline and conversion rates for a global B2B SaaS motion. Youโll combine design instincts, technical execution, and experimentation rigor to turn insights into revenue.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Website & CRO Ownership**
๐ฏ Own the marketing site and all campaign landing pages โ from brief to build to results
๐ก Define hypotheses, design tests, and deploy A/B or multivariate experiments (GrowthBook or Optimizely)
๐ Tie experiments to funnel and revenue metrics โ not just UX signals
**CMS & Web Operations**
๐งฉ Manage and build in CMS tools (Storyblok, HubSpot, or WordPress) โ no separate web-dev team
โก Maintain site performance, accessibility, structured data, and brand consistency
๐ง Manage releases for templates, components, and campaign launches
**Analytics & Reporting**
๐ Instrument and analyze GA4, GSC, and Hotjar data
๐ Report on conversion KPIs (visitโMQL, LP CVR, CPL), share learnings, and scale what works
**Collaboration**
๐ค Partner with demand gen, product marketing, design, and SEO
๐ก Maintain a transparent CRO backlog with clear business impact
**Success Looks Like**
๐ You consistently ship experiments that improve conversion and generate qualified pipeline
### Job requirements
**Qualifications & Requirements**
๐ฏ **5+ years** in website management, web operations, or digital marketing
๐ Proven track record in **CRO and landing page optimization**
๐ง Hands-on experience with **GrowthBook** or similar testing tools
๐ฐ Experience optimizing web experiences to support **paid campaigns**
๐ Skilled in **HubSpot** for landing page creation and optimization
๐งฉ Proficient with **Storyblok, WordPress, or other CMS platforms**
๐ Strong grasp of **technical SEO and on-page optimization**
๐ Solid analytical skills with **GA4, Hotjar**, or similar tools
๐ป Basic to intermediate knowledge of **HTML, CSS, JavaScript** (a plus)
๐ผ Experience managing **B2B SaaS websites** and digital campaigns
๐งญ Excellent **project management and communication** skills
