<p>We are looking for a talented designer with strong experience creating digital interfaces and web experiences. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to produce high-quality visual assets and product-focused designs that support our communication and strategic goals across websites, landing pages, marketing materials, and internal tools.<strong>In a nutshell, your primary role will be to craft and elevate the design quality of our web and product experience.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Your tasks</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Translate marketing and product needs into clear, effective, and user-centered design solutions.</li>
<li>Design wireframes, mockups and high-fidelity UI for web and product interfaces using Figma.</li>
<li>Conceptualize and execute creative ideas across multiple channels while reflecting the brand personality.</li>
<li>Organize multiple projects while meeting deadlines and managing expectations.</li>
<li>Enforce brand standards and ensure consistency across all materials.</li>
<li>Produce assets for landing pages, websites, presentations, product interfaces, marketing sites, campaigns, social media, events, and more.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>The ideal candidate</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2–3 years of experience in UX/UI or digital product/web design.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Figma for interface design and prototyping.</li>
<li>Experience designing responsive interfaces and applying UX best practices.</li>
<li>Experience creating digital assets from ideation through delivery.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.</li>
<li>Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS (plus, not required).</li>
<li>Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering).</li>
<li>A portfolio demonstrating strong visual and interface design work.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Understanding of web performance and accessibility standards.</li>
<li>Experience with motion/interactive prototypes.</li>
<li>Experience with design systems.</li>
</ul>
