Responsibilities
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance brand visibility across digital channels such as Kakao and Naver.
- Manage and optimize channel performance, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and maintaining the luxury image.
- Localize and manage brand content for each channel, ensuring consistency with the brand's identity.
- Oversee the entire e-commerce workflow based on the online customer journey.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with e-commerce partners and internal stakeholders.
- Set e-commerce sales targets in alignment with the brand's overall sales goals.
- Plan and execute online strategies and promotions tailored to each channel.
- Enhance brand awareness and sales performance through data analysis and premium service development.
- Manage e-commerce stock forecasts and coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams.
- Handle logistics and delivery issues for e-business monitoring purposes.
- Manage e-commerce order systems in collaboration with IT and logistics teams.
- Create and update product and promotional content for the brand site, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Plan and execute on-site media strategies to boost brand awareness and sales.
- Monitor and report on digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- University degree
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in the beauty or luxury industries
Skills
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Fluency in English and Korean, both written and spoken
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Analytical mindset
- Operational excellence in logistics and e-business processes
