Responsibilities
- Plan and execute promotional activities on a yearly, monthly, and weekly basis to achieve sales KPIs.
- Maintain robust relationships and effective communication with online retail partners.
- Manage daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, stock monitoring, OMS promotion setup, and content updates.
- Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order processing, fulfillment, sales recognition, and customer service.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and conduct ad-hoc performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce sales or operations.
- Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing platforms such as Department Store Online (LotteOn, SSG, Hmall), Olive Young Online, Chicor, Naver Shopping, and Kakao Gift.
- Experience in live commerce planning or operation is preferred.
- Proven communication skills with e-commerce MDs or retail partners.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is preferred.

Experience Requirements
