About the Role
The Client Services Manager will join our Ticketek team based in Canberra. This role will work closely with clients from ACT's most prestigious venues, ticketing world-class entertainment events.
As a Client Services Manager you will ensure each client receives a high standard of service delivery and continuity across their accounts. You will liaise directly with our clients as well as various internal departments such as marketing, web, technology and finance to ensure our clients maintain a high level of service delivery.
Please note: Location and Travel Requirements: This role is open to candidates based in New South Wales (NSW) who possess the necessary flexibility to travel for events across NSW and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT)/Canberra as required.

Salary
$72,500 + super
