Primary Responsibilities
Act as the administrative point of contact between the agents and internal/external clients.
Coordinate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers, as well as coordinate vendors, repairs,and such that arise in a transaction.
Oversee contractual requirments/ dates of importance through closing process.
Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
Assist in implementing and managing multiple systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management and back office support.
Maintain a database of comparable sales.
Prepare maps using GIS or similar mapping software.
Prepare market analysis to help determine property value.
Assist in managing, planning and implementing events.
Develop & maintain proficiency with a wide range of online software applications.
Manage /oversee State licensing requirements, continuing education and insurance.
General Responsibilities
Perform general office duties as required to support the real estate brokerage and land management company.
Address general office needs in the absence of the Marketing Staff.
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence.
Handle agents' requests and queries appropriately.
Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
Make travel arrangements.
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
Take dictation and accurately enter data
Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
General Requirements
Work is completed accurately (few or no errors), efficiently and within deadlines with minimal supervision.
Reports for work on time, provides advance notice of need for absence.
Consistently performs at a high level; manages time and workload effectively to meet responsibilities.
Written and oral communications are clean, organized and effective.
Listens and comprehends well.
