Proven experience as an Executive Administrator or in another high-level administrative role, with 2+ years of experience preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficient with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other project management tools.
A proactive, problem-solving approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
