We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to support day-to-day operations for a fast-growing global retail media technology company. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO to manage schedules, coordinate communication, support key projects, and ensure smooth execution across teams and markets.
A typical day includes managing the CEO’s calendar, preparing meeting agendas and follow-ups, coordinating with internal teams (Finance, Innovation, Deployment, Support, BD), drafting communication, and helping track progress across multiple strategic initiatives. You will handle sensitive and confidential information, interact with senior external partners including global and regional clients as well as Investors and Board members, and ensure the CEO’s time is used effectively.
You will also assist in preparing materials for board meetings, workshops, sales sessions, and client presentations. Additionally, the role includes occasional personal assistance tasks that support the CEO’s productivity (e.g., travel arrangements, light personal admin, reminders). This position requires excellent judgement, a calm approach under pressure, strong follow-through, and the ability to anticipate needs in a rapidly evolving environment.
If you enjoy a role where no two days are the same, where you are trusted with ownership, and where you contribute directly to the success of the company’s leadership and growth, this is the role for you.
