Responsibilities
- Conduct gap analysis by monitoring and observing daily client interactions on the sales floor.
- Evaluate individual behaviors, knowledge, and attitudes against Tiffany standards and client promise.
- Collaborate with store leaders to identify opportunities through sales dashboards, Craft Experiences, and NPS scores.
- Develop and implement a coaching plan in agreement with Retail Learning and Store Leaders to enhance brand behaviors.
- Monitor and coach the sales team on individual targets, offering solutions to close performance gaps.
- Establish regular check-ins with store leadership and retail performance teams to discuss coaching progress and opportunities.
- Track coaching conversations and update training records to support annual performance reviews.
- Partner with store leadership and retail learning manager to structure learning paths for employees.
- Organize and facilitate impactful in-store onboarding for new hires, ensuring enhanced learning experiences.
- Support the Retail Learning Manager by organizing classroom training sessions and providing store evaluations.
- Contribute to the EMEA Retail Learning Community by sharing feedback and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills for conducting gap analysis.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Proficiency in developing and executing training plans.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience Requirements
