We are currently seeking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team, focused on financial reporting, analysis, and system-driven data management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow .
- Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from Pylon ERP to support reporting and decision-making.
- Build, update, and maintain Excel-based financial models and pivot table dashboards for variance analysis, KPIs, and business performance tracking.
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles by gathering departmental input and preparing variance reports.
- Perform financial reconciliations, ensuring data integrity between Pylon and reporting tools.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals, journal entries, and supporting schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance will be considered as a plus.
- At least 2-4 years of previous professional experience, in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related fields.
- Experience with Pylon ERP will be considered as a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and basic financial modeling.
- Good understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Self-motivated and focus on continuous improvement.
- Good command of the English language.
