<li data-start="981" data-end="1109">Assist and train partners on the <strong data-start="1014" data-end="1064">implementation, configuration, and maintenance</strong> of network security products and services.</li>
<li data-start="1112" data-end="1225">Provide timely, courteous, and professional technical support via <strong data-start="1178" data-end="1222">ticketing systems and phone interactions</strong>.</li>
<li data-start="1228" data-end="1360">Collaborate with team members and vendor support teams to <strong data-start="1286" data-end="1322">resolve complex technical issues</strong> and deliver high-quality solutions.</li>
<li data-start="1363" data-end="1487">Diagnose, reproduce, and document <strong data-start="1397" data-end="1416">defects or bugs</strong>, working closely with vendor engineering teams to ensure resolution.</li>
<li data-start="1490" data-end="1611">Contribute to the creation of <strong data-start="1520" data-end="1570">training materials and technical documentation</strong> to enhance internal knowledge sharing.</li>

<ul>
<li data-start="1897" data-end="1970"><strong data-start="1897" data-end="1910">1–3 years</strong> of related experience in network or firewall engineering.</li>
<li data-start="1973" data-end="2071"><strong data-start="1973" data-end="1994">Bachelor’s degree</strong> in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.</li>
<li data-start="2074" data-end="2175">Strong understanding of <strong data-start="2098" data-end="2172">network security principles, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques</strong>.</li>
<li data-start="2178" data-end="2263">Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.</li>
<li data-start="2266" data-end="2350">Ability to work collaboratively across technical teams and with external partners.</li>
