EQL Edtech is exclusively recruiting on behalf of our partner client: a high-growth, seed-stage startup in Seattle building the next generation of "AI Employees."
This is not a standard sales role. This is a Founder-Track opportunity. We are looking for someone who has either tried starting a company before, or who plans to found one in the future.
Our client is redefining professional automation. You will be the first GTM hire, working directly across the desk from the technical founders. You won't just be executing a sales playbook; you will be writing it, testing it, and scaling it from zero to one.
You will own the outbound engine entirely. Your goal is to drive early customer acquisition and shape the DNA of the commercial team.
We need grit, resourcefulness, and a "customer-obsessed" mindset. You thrive in early-stage ambiguity and don’t need a manager to tell you what to do next.
