Requirements
Proven experience as a Front Office Agent or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, FIDELIO) is preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
