Understand project requirements and ideas and can take direction and follow through with multi-step project steps/procedures consistently.
Develop visual concepts and mood boards to support the creative direction of the game.
Create player-centered, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing UI assets.
Work closely with game artists, developers, and marketing artists to optimize art pipelines and ensure consistency across all visual assets.
Actively contribute to creative discussions surrounding feature reviews and new features.
Analyze feedback and use critical thinking to evaluate data and adjust the art accordingly.
Stay updated on market trends, tools, and technologies, integrating fresh ideas into your work.
Ensure all assets meet the highest quality standards, are optimized for performance, and align with the game’s artistic vision.
Requirements
3–4 years of experience in the visual industry, preferably in mobile gaming.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma is a plus.
Knowledge of screen layout guidelines, wireframing, and mockup creation.
Strong sense of color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
Ability to adapt to diverse art styles, including stylized and realistic.
Excellent drawing, illustration, and conceptualization skills.
Strong artistic and design eye to achieve a high-quality art and UI, following or taking into consideration market trends.
Experience with AI-generated art tools to create consistent and innovative visual content is a must.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic experience with 3D tools like Maya or Blender is a plus.
Familiarity with animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Spine) is a plus.
Experience with Unity or other game engines is a plus.
