ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY & RESPONSIBILITIES
Inkomoko is seeking a regionally-connected General Counsel & Company Secretary to lead and coordinate all legal activities across Inkomoko’s operations in Rwanda, Kenya, Ethiopia, South Sudan, and Chad. This role requires a strategic thinker to oversee external legal advisors, ensure compliance, manage company registrations, guide litigation, and mitigate legal risks for the organization.The candidate chosen for this role may be based in any of our offices, which are situated in Kigali, Nairobi, Addis Ababa, Juba, or N'Djamena.
