Do you have a sharp analytical mind and get energy from optimizing campaigns until they really perform? Then this role is for you. We are looking for a data-driven marketer who, together with our external agency and internal teams, gets the most out of our paid advertising. You will be the specialist who ensures Nmbrs is findable where our customers search — from Google to AI-driven search engines. Sounds good? Read on!

What you will do:
You are the driving force behind our online visibility and lead generation. You manage our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and work closely with our external Google Ads agency to maximize our online presence.
This is a hands-on role where you are running the controls, turning data into concrete insights and continuously optimizing our marketing performance.
Campaign management & optimization:
- Set up, manage and optimize data-driven campaigns via Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads and social media platforms
- Work closely with our external Google Ads agency to maximize campaign performance
- Monitor budgets and spend across platforms to stay on track with weekly and monthly goals
- Run qualitative A/B tests to continuously improve conversion rates
- Focus on optimization, conversion tracking and audience targeting
Analysis & reporting:
- Track and analyze key metrics such as CPI, CPO, MQL, SQL and conversion rates
- Create transparent reports on costs, impressions, clicks and conversions
- Update weekly scorecards and monthly metrics for stakeholders
- Translate data insights into concrete actions and improvements
Search visibility:
- Optimize our presence in traditional and AI-driven search engines (Google, Bing, ChatGPT and emerging platforms)
- Collaborate on SEO strategies to improve organic discoverability
- Stay ahead with new search technologies and adapt strategies accordingly
Job requirements — what you bring:
You have at least 2–3 years of experience in online/growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, and have a proven track record managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid advertising platforms. You are analytical, data-driven and enjoy experimenting and optimizing. You speak fluent Dutch and English and can easily interact with different teams and stakeholders.
Must-haves:
- At least 2–3 years experience in online/growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid advertising platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and marketing dashboards
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience is a must)
- Fluent in Dutch and English (Dutch at native level preferred)
- Bachelor degree (HBO/WO) in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
Nice-to-haves:
- Knowledge of SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Experience working with external (online) marketing agencies
- Familiarity with A/B test methodology
- Understanding of B2B buyer personas and customer journeys
Work style:

- A gross annual salary between €45,000 and €60,000, including vacation pay, depending on experience
