<p>We’re now looking for a <strong>Growth Marketing Manager</strong> to help us scale adoption of our platform and drive qualified engagement with product and engineering leaders across the healthcare innovation ecosystem.</p>
<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Own and scale lead generation workflows</strong>, combining outbound campaigns, automated sequences, and CRM-driven insights to engage and nurture R&D and product leaders across healthcare startups and enterprises.<br><br></li>
<li>Craft and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, signups, and product engagement. <br><br></li>
<li>Take ownership of <strong>campaign budgets and performance</strong>, optimizing for ROI and aligning spend with pipeline impact.<br><br></li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Product to position Vim Connect in a way that resonates with technical audiences.<br><br></li>
<li>Identify and activate <strong>growth hacking opportunities</strong>—from building influencer relationships to participating in online developer and health tech communities that align with our target personas.<br><br></li>
<li>Support and grow Vim’s presence in <strong>local communities and relevant in-person events</strong>, including Tel Aviv meetups, digital health gatherings, and tech-forward healthcare innovation forums.<br><br></li>
<li>Lead and iterate on our <strong>SEO and LLM SEO strategy</strong>, optimizing content for both traditional search and AI-driven discovery engines.<br><br></li>
<li>Be <strong>customer-facing</strong>—lead first-touch qualification calls with technical stakeholders to understand their needs and route them through the right onboarding path.<br><br></li>
<li>Analyze funnel metrics, iterate quickly, and report on insights that drive smarter decisions.<br><br></li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Who You Are</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>3–6 years of experience in <strong>B2B SaaS growth marketing</strong>, ideally in a <strong>PLG or developer-focused environment</strong>.<br><br></li>
<li>Strong understanding of CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo), and a track record of building effective outbound and nurture campaigns.<br><br></li>
<li>Comfortable engaging directly with <strong>technical buyers</strong>—you know how to talk to product managers, engineers, and CTOs.<br><br></li>
<li>Hands-on, data-driven, and proactive—you’re energized by solving real problems and scaling what works.<br><br></li>
<li>Experience working in or with <strong>fast-moving product organizations</strong> that prioritize iteration, experimentation, and customer impact.<br><br></li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience in <strong>digital health</strong>, developer tools, or embedded platforms.<br><br></li>
<li>Familiarity with <strong>EHR workflows</strong> or marketing to healthcare organizations.<br><br></li>
<li>A background in product marketing or a hybrid growth/product role.<br><br></li>
