About the role:
As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they have a warm welcome and a memorable experience.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and a proactive approach, ensuring all needs are met promptly.
Coordinate with hotel departments, ensuring seamless communication to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enrich their stay.
Anticipate guest needs and personalize interactions to elevate their experience to new heights.
Assist in managing the welcome experience, facilitating smooth check-ins and offering personalized recommendations.
Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
Previous experience in guest relations, hotel front desk, or a customer service role is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
A genuine passion for hospitality and providing outstanding guest service.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying guest needs.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
