To provide strategic leadership and direction, to acquire and manage customer relationships within the defined focus of Business and Commercial Banking, ensuring optimal engagement of such customers to ensure full retention and excellent financial development while minimizing risks and dormancy.
· Implementation of the Commercial Banking strategy
· Definition of marketing and sales strategies of commercial Banking
· Development of Institutional Banking Products and Services
· Prepare weekly and monthly MPR reports for Head of Business and Commercial Banking
· Achieve PCE, Balance Sheet and other performance target
· Management and maintenance of existing customer relationships and development of new customer relationships
· Develop a customer management framework including customer insight driven marketing
· To provide an efficient, cost effective and profitable business
· Development and implementing of efficient and effective customer service framework/ guidelines
· To ensure that the Digital Channels of the bank for Business are in-line with clients expectations and position the bank to compete in the market and grow market share (Transactional Banking platforms, Acquiring and Trading Platforms)
· Responsible for certifying that the correct and optimal people structures are in place, recruitment, retention, talent management, performance management, succession planning, etc.
· To liaise with Asset Management and ensure a good deposit mix to achieve maximum yield on funds.
· Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Commercial &
Business Banking
A good first degree in any discipline. Relevant Masters’ degree will be an advantage
Minimum of 8 years relevant experience with at least
4 years in a Senior Management role with responsibility for business development and customer relationship management.
