Key Responsibilities
This is a critical, new leadership role at Giant Pumpkin, primarily focused on accelerating revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for:
- Strategic Leadership: Developing and implementing comprehensive commercial strategies that align with our overall business goals.
- Team Development: Leading, mentoring, and growing our sales and deployment teams.
- Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize our go-to-market strategies.
- Client Relationships: Managing key, high-level client relationships to foster strong partnerships.
- Ownership of Revenue: Fully owning the commercial revenues for the company.
- Hands-on Approach: As a startup, this role requires you to be equally comfortable planning and rolling out strategies as you are working alongside the team on day-to-day sales tasks.
- Negotiation & Nurturing: You will be a strong negotiator, yet also an empathetic and nurturing leader for our talented sales and deployment professionals at various career stages.

Requirements
- Experienced Leader: At least 10 years of proven experience as a Commercial Leader, managing and growing commercial teams in Thailand ideally within in startup environments and the digital signage sector.
- Team Builder: Demonstrated experience leading and growing both Thai and multinational teams.
- Collaborative & Curious: A collaborative, driven, and naturally curious individual.
- Bangkok-Based: Must be based in Bangkok and willing to be spend time in the office.
- Highly Collaborative: Possesses a strong collaborative work ethic.
- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic Thinker: Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Strong Communicator and Presenter: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with an ability to present to CEOs and Business Leaders with ease in English and Thai.
- Relationship Builder: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Tech-Proficient: Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Experience with Google Suite, Airtable, Membrain, Slack, and XERO is a plus.
- Travel Ready: Ability to travel as needed
