Responsibilities
- Lead people initiatives to enhance workforce productivity, foster social inclusion, and promote talent development and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal clients, offering coaching and strategic advice on HR matters.
- Oversee budget and forecasting processes related to personnel costs at both retail and corporate levels.
- Manage employee-related issues within the defined scope.
- Contribute to business plan execution through comprehensive HR strategies to elevate organizational capabilities.
- Drive global, regional, and local HR initiatives in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence and stakeholders.
- Manage organizational transformation and change projects as necessary.
- Lead local recruitment strategies to attract talent aligned with Bottega Veneta's culture and business needs.
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Lead annual talent processes including performance reviews, talent reviews, succession planning, and salary reviews.
- Drive talent development and training programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Coach management on handling high and low performers and developing relevant training plans.
- Promote internal mobility and career development to retain top talent.
- Support internal mobility initiatives within Bottega Veneta and the Kering Group.
- Oversee HR forecasting, budgeting, and compensation and benefits alignment with market standards.
- Deliver high-quality HR shared services including administration, payroll, and employee relations.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and process improvements.
- Implement local communication strategies to align HR initiatives with business priorities.
- Partner with global and regional teams on employee engagement initiatives to maintain an inclusive work environment.
- Analyze engagement survey results and develop action plans to improve team motivation and engagement.
- Implement initiatives such as Inclusion & Diversity and Recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior HR role within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws in China.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR teams effectively.
- Experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
