Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive UX/UI strategy aligned with Richemont's business objectives and values.
- Establish a design system to enhance product quality, consistency, and user adoption across all channels.
- Ensure a seamless and consistent user experience and interface design across platforms.
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions, ensuring a user and data-centric approach.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate UX/UI design into the development process.
- Communicate UX/UI strategy and design principles to stakeholders at all levels.
- Provide expertise in UX/UI design to support the development of new solutions.
- Assess the impact of UX/UI design on business processes and feasibility.
- Drive business process changes related to UX/UI implementation.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of UX/UI designers.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development within the team.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Significant experience in retail and/or luxury sectors with proven records.
- Deep knowledge of UX/UI design principles, including information architecture and usability standards.
- Proficiency in conducting user research and analyzing data to inform design decisions.
Skills
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
- Ability to build and maintain scalable design systems.
- Proficiency in prototyping and wireframing.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
- Expertise in WCAG for inclusive, accessible designs.
- Awareness of emerging technologies and their application to UX/UI.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience Requirements
Significant experience in developing long-term UX/UI strategies, including roadmaps and KPIs, within the luxury or retail sectors.
Education Requirements
Master's degree in a relevant field.
