We are currently seeking to employ a talented and highly-motivated “Health Procurement Officer” to join our team.
The main purpose of this role is to support the Health Business profitable growth by supporting development of sustainable ecosystems and ensuring access of customers to qualitative healthcare services through cost efficient agreements with third parties.
Your Key Responsibilities will be to:
Researches, identifies and evaluates new collaborations with Providers and third parties based on specific criteria, business and sales needs. Monitors healthcare and health insurance market on external stakeholders' developments.
Prepares agreements with Providers and third parties and participates in all relevant meetings. Performs regular follow-up meetings and renegotiates existing agreements) as per plan.
Monitors KPIs and related reports on a regular basis and evaluates Providers’ performance (e.g. Doctors report, Factbooks, Paid Claims report, High Claims report, procurement benefits ad-hoc reports, costs benchmarking). Monitors special agreements and ensures necessary actions are taken.
Supports Providers network by facilitating requests and finding solutions to BAU requests. Trains Hff Providers network on IAG procedures and systems. Supports implementation of IT related solutions. Facilitates and coordinates cooperation with own infrastructure (Athinaiki & Medifirst).
Supports health business sustainability by participating in related Hff projects providing input and using his/her expertise in order to support Hff objectives.
Monitors on a regular basis Group, Regulatory & other requirements (e.g. outsourcing policy, GDPR etc.) in cooperation with relevant stakeholders (eg. General Procurement, Compliance, Legal, DPO, IT Security) and takes action in order to ensure compliance of providers agreements with set requirements.
Manages internal stakeholders (e.g. Healthcare, Wealthcare, Claims, U/W, Sales, Group business, Marketing etc.) by obtaining input regarding business needs, supporting problem solving, and exchanging feedback in order to identify gaps in agreements and evaluate providers, aiming at overall improvement of customer journey.
Translates product design and improvements in concrete requirements for new partnerships.
Develops and shares knowledge in their own field with relevant internal stakeholders, for example by providing training.
