Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Provide support in performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to management on HR-related matters.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role within the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in South Korea.

Experience Requirements
