Responsibilities
- Coordinate office logistics including stock management and postal administration.
- Manage purchase orders, vendor relations, and invoice processing for the Denmark HR team.
- Oversee SIM card management in collaboration with IT.
- Prepare and maintain monthly and annual HR reports, providing FTE overviews for finance.
- Handle contract management and employment documentation, updating employee records in MSC.
- Oversee sickness reporting and ensure compliance with related regulations.
- Coordinate HR-related tickets and IT matters.
- Administer payroll processes, ensuring accurate data input and managing payroll cut-off.
- Handle pension scheme documentation and updates.
- Coordinate maternity leave processes and compensation requests for sickness and parental leave.
- Support the execution of HR cycles such as ICR Retail, PCR, and RISE.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business economics with a major in HR.
Skills
- Empathy and enthusiasm for working with people.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Data-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Solid understanding of Danish labor law and employment regulations.
Experience Requirements
At least two years of relevant experience in human resources.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business economics with a major in HR.
