About the role

As an HR Generalist, your primary responsibility is to bring our mission of making mental well-being accessible to life by shaping a people experience that feels seamless, empowering, and human. With approximately 4 years of HR experience, you understand the power of technology and great operations and how they impact culture. You’re not just process-savvy —you’re someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity and believes in the magic of well-run systems. You’re customer-obsessed, action-oriented, and ready to leave things better than you found them.
Your responsibilities will include:

Running and continuously evolving our core HR operations—from onboarding to offboarding, absence management to HR administration—always with an eye on optimization, automation, and employee experience.

Championing legal compliance by embedding it seamlessly into our processes, ensuring we stay both efficient and protected.

Acting as the go-to person —answering questions, navigating challenges, and offering support across the employee journey, with empathy and clarity.

Partnering with leaders across departments to bring HR processes to life in ways that support business outcomes and team well-being.

Owning and delivering key initiatives from our HR roadmap—whether it's launching an engagement program, piloting a new recognition initiative, or supporting performance development efforts.

About you

You’re an organized, proactive HR professional with a passion for supporting people and building strong, compliant processes. You thrive in dynamic environments and are excited about using your HR expertise to make a meaningful impact. We're looking for someone who brings the following:

Knowledge and experience working with Dutch labor law; professional Dutch language skills are a must

Detail-oriented, extremely organized, and customer-focused

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Versatile and hands-on, able to manage both tactical and operational HR tasks with a can-do mentality

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills

Passionate about identifying inefficiencies and continuously improving HR processes for a better employee experience

Genuine interest in developing knowledge around mental well-being—both personally and within an organization

Solid understanding of HR best practices

Passionate about technology and innovation, and how emerging tech will shape the future of HR

Curious and informed about the use of AI in HR, and excited to explore its potential to improve processes and decision-making

Experience in an international HR setting is a plus

Affinity for HR data and insights, and an ability to translate numbers into actionable improvements

Familiarity or hands-on experience with HiBob is a plus

German language skills and knowledge of German labor law are also a plus
