Blys, a leading on-demand booking platform for wellness services, is looking for an experienced and highly motivated HR & Office Manager to join our team. As the HR & Office Manager at Blys, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing a wide range of HR and administrative functions, ensuring a smooth and well-organized office environment for our employees.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company by attracting and retaining top talent, implementing HR policies and procedures, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Please note that this is a full-time role based in our office in Kathmandu. The work timing is from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process globally
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Manage employee relations and conduct regular performance evaluations
- Oversee office operations and ensure a productive and enjoyable work environment
- Ensuring that all operations are conducted efficiently and economically.
- Enhancing operational management systems and procedures.
- Assisting the organization in maintaining legal compliance within its processes.
- Plan and coordinate company events and team-building activities
- Manage budgets and be responsible for vendor management
- Be responsible for day to day operational tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Experience in performance management and retention strategy
- Able to work under pressure
- Experience in organizing team activities
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
