💼 Your Role & Impact:
As an HR OPS, you’ll be at the heart of our HR processes — ensuring seamless support for our people and operations, while maintaining compliance and efficiency.
✅ Your responsibilities will include:
- Support day-to-day HR operations
- Handling all necessary declarations through ERGANI
- Update and manage employee data in Scan HRMS
- Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation in line with legal and internal requirements
- Liaise with payroll and other departments to ensure smooth processes
- Ensure compliance with employment laws
- Support employees and respond to HR-related inquiries
- Monitor KPIs and assist in the preparation of HR reports
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in HR Administration or HR OPS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field
- Strong knowledge of Greek labor law
- Excellent command of Greek & English (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of ERGANI
- Proficiency in MS Office & HRIS (e.g. Scan HRMS)
- Organizational skills, attention to detail & strong ethics
