The Procurement department is managing a worldwide supply chain of parts, chemicals and gases, supporting Intel Israel manufacturing operations. Our team translates manufacturing, market dynamics, and business requirements into actionable strategies and tactics as they relate to Bills of Materials (BOM) risk assessment and mitigation, inventory optimization, reliable supply chain and the total cost to business. Our Supply chain managers analyzes data to develop and design solutions for complex processes and participates in the development and improvement of systems and tools to drive efficiencies across the global supply chain. In addition, they manage suppliers to achieve on time delivery and cycle time performance, resolution of material escalations and Bills of Materials (BOM) cost optimization.
The Supply Chain department is looking for students to its supply chain management teams. The role requires wide processes and systems learning, enabling parts and materials inventory management, global and local supply chain process improvements, cost reduction evaluations, supplier contract management, quality issue assessment and more. The work is carried out with customers at the factory, as well as suppliers both domestically and internationally, and counterparts located abroad.
Qualifications:
- You should be an active student for BA/ BSc or MA/ MSc/ MBA degree in Finance or related fields such as Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, and/or Business Management with at least 2 years before graduation.
- The position requires availability of a minimum of three days per week, with consideration and flexibility during the exam period (hybrid work from home and from Kiryat Gat).
- High level of English- reading, writing and speaking.
