We are seeking motivated and results-driven Enrollment Specialists to join our growing
team. This is a high-impact role for individuals with a call center and sales background who
thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. In this role, you will be responsible for
contacting patients, educating them about the value of our RPM program, addressing
objections, and securing their consent to enroll them into the program.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to patients from assigned clinic partners using a preview dialer
and call scripts
• Clearly explain the benefits of Brook’s RPM program and answer questions in a
friendly, confident manner
• Handle common objections and use persuasive communication to gain patient consent
• Accurately document call outcomes and update patient records in our internal CRM
system
• Meet or exceed daily call, conversion, and consent targets
• Coordinate follow-ups and warm transfers to activation teams as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve patient messaging, workflows, and call
outcomes.
Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in a call center, inside sales, or telemarketing role.
• Immediate Availability.
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
quickly.
• Comfortable navigating systems and documenting notes in real-time during calls
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote
environment.
• Ability to follow structured scripts while personalizing conversations to patient needs
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required).
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, or chronic care management.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
