Drive B2B sales of herbal ingredients and nutraceutical products to meet revenue and growth targets.
Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with potential clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure product offerings align with customer and market requirements.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members to ensure efficient territory coverage and performance.
Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Continuously monitor market trends, customer demands, competitor movements, and regulatory changes across the region.
