· Manage and administer core systems such as Active Directory (AD), ensuring proper deployment, user account management, and system security.
· Implement and maintain backup procedures to protect critical data, endpoints, and systems.
· Diagnose technical issues related to network infrastructure, servers, and applications.
· Administer security policies across core systems, protecting data and systems from internal and external threats.
· Develop, monitor and maintain documentation for IT systems, procedures and policies.
· Oversee asset management processes, including tracking, monitoring, and maintaining inventory of hardware and software assets across the organization.
· Manage patch management procedures, ensuring all systems, software, and applications are up to date with the latest security patches and updates.
· Coordinate the deployment of security patches and updates across core systems, minimizing potential risks and downtime.
· Manage and maintain SQL databases, including performance tuning, backup and recovery, and security measures.
· Graduate degree (required); certifications in Microsoft, VMware, Networking, or ITIL (desirable).
· 3+ years in IT infrastructure, security, and systems management.
· Networking, and server management.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and server/desktop operating systems.
· Familiar with IT security trends and best practices.
· Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
· Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
