Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated IT Support Officer to join our team and play a key role in supporting our company’s IT infrastructure and users. We’re looking for a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to take ownership of our day-to-day IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees (hardware, software, and network troubleshooting).
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, including account creation, access provisioning, and device setup/collection.
- Create, manage, and maintain user accounts, email addresses, and access rights in various systems and tools.
- Ensure all IT equipment (laptops, peripherals, network devices) is properly maintained and inventoried.
- Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and applications.
- Collaborate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
- Ensure IT policies, security standards, and procedures are followed.
- Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement of IT operations.
- Provide remote support to employees working in hybrid or off-site environments.
Requirements
- University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS environments, Office 365, and common business applications.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and basic network troubleshooting (VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, etc.) to Gsuite Admin.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Ideally you are an automotive enthusiast who enjoys working with innovative technology.
