As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining precise financial records, managing documentation, and assisting with monthly closing activities under the guidance of senior accounting professionals. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work efficiently with financial data, and familiarity with accounting standards followed within the UAE. You will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate flow of financial information while supporting overall accounting processes in a structured work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions including purchases, sales, expenses, and receipts.
- Maintain accurate vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documentation for all entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash activities.
- Assist with invoice processing, audit preparation, and monthly closing activities.
- Prepare financial summaries and reports as requested by management.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for reconciliations and data verification.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, documentation requirements, and internal policies.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, including hands-on work within the UAE.
- You are proficient in accounting software such as Tally, ERP systems, or equivalent tools.
- You are highly detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining accuracy in all documentation and financial records.
- You are currently based in Dubai and comfortable working in an on-site, structured professional environment.
- You possess strong communication and coordination skills, enabling effective interaction with different stakeholders.
- You’re disciplined, reliable, and capable of managing routine accounting tasks with consistency and integrity.
