Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases, ensuring high availability and performance.
Monitor database health and performance, tuning them for optimization where necessary.
Implement solid backup and recovery strategies to protect our data and minimize downtime.
Work closely with development teams to understand their needs and enhance database access and usage.
Document best practices, processes, and changes in our database environments.
Stay updated on Oracle features and tools to suggest improvements that keep us ahead of the curve.
Requirements
Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Strong understanding of Oracle database architecture, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Knowledge in backup and recovery strategies, performance tuning, and database security.
Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions is a big plus!
Great analytical skills and a knack for solving problems.
Effective communication skills to easily connect with team members and clients.
