We are looking for Lead Quality Assurance engineer to join our LS&H RWD DRG Fusion team. This is an amazing opportunity to work on Startup product with various stakeholders from different departments. The team consists of 20+ members and is reporting to the Manager Software Engineering. You will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Automation, performance, manual and security aspects of testing.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or relevant field.
- At least 7 years of experience in software automation and test frameworks with strong coding & debugging skills in Selenium / Playwright with Java.
- Experience in version control system Git or bitbucket.
- Good Understanding of test automation frameworks & assisting/reviewing script creation Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good with tools like Cucumber and TestNG framework.
- Troubleshoot, debug skillset.
- Good understanding of API testing concepts with API automation tools like Postman, Rest Assured.
- Write technical documentation
It would be great if you also had . . .
- Knowledge of or prior experience with Healthcare or Lifesciences domain.
- Experience of performance engineering including hands on with at least one tool (Netload, JMeter or LoadRunner).
- Strong communication & analytical skills.
- AWS Certifications from Beginner to Advance Or any cloud certification.
- Working familiarity with Jenkins, Docker.

- You will interact with Product and the Technology Development leads and Managers directly to understand the business problem.
- Define and implement our test platform strategy on Cloud, have a meaningful impact on our customers, and working in our high energy, innovative, fast-paced Agile culture.
- You will be key member in test architectural decisions, and application workflows.
- You will also create technical documentation for the broader team.
- You will drive effective feedback gathering from customers and translate into clear technical requirements for their solutions.

Hours of Work
45 hours per week, full-time employment, Hybrid (2 days in the office week). Although duties are typically performed during normal business hours, occasional off-hours may be required with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
