**Learning, Development & Onboarding Partner**
**We have a fantastic opportunity at CSG Talent to join us as our Learning, Development & Onboarding Partner - a pivotal role within the People Team, working closely alongside our Head of L&D. This opportunity is a could be for an experienced L&D professional who is looking to take their next step, or an experienced Recruiter who is looking to step into a more supportive role.**
**Please note that this is an onsite role in Horsforth, Leeds.**
**The Role:**
**Global Onboarding for New Starters**
- Working with key stakeholders to ensure the best onboarding experience for all new colleagues.
**Training of New Starters**
- The first 6-8 weeks of a new colleagues time with CSG will be working closely with you to get up and running!
**Delivering Continuous Company-wide Training**
- Continually assess and review current training material to ensure it remains current & relevant for the business and create updated content as and when required.
**Continuous Improvement**
- As the Learning and Onboarding Partner you will also be responsible for managing, evaluating, and improving the technological tools and systems that support CSG Talent's Tech Stack.
**System Optimisation & Implementation**
- Regularly assess current platforms and technologies to ensure optimal performance and effectiveness.
**What You Bring to the Table:**
- A passion for people development and learning that sticks
- Experience within recruitment (executive search is preferable)
- Experience designing and delivering training (especially onboarding)
- A collaborative, can-do mindset-you love making things better
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage people at all levels
- A curiosity for tech and systems that make work smarter, not harder
