Responsibilities
- Manage the company's Intellectual Property assets, including the assessment of new collection designs and supervision of the trademark portfolio.
- Evaluate IP rights related to special projects, collaborations, or campaigns, and enforce relevant rights.
- Conduct research and draft memos, opinions, and legal documentation while staying informed on legal and regulatory developments.
- Draft and negotiate various agreements, including NDAs, event organization, and media partnership agreements, in both English and Italian.
- Provide legal advice and assistance on contractual and non-contractual matters to other departments.
- Manage relationships with external law firms in Italy and abroad, as well as with other group brands.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Law.
- Up to 1 year of experience through internships or entry-level roles in law firms or in-house.
Skills
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Experience Requirements
Up to 1 year of experience gained through internships or entry-level positions in law firms or as in-house counsel.
Education Requirements
Master’s degree in Law.
