Responsibilities
- Protect store assets against theft.
- Collaborate with management to prevent losses.
- Conduct surveillance in sales areas and utilize CCTV systems to identify and report suspicious activities.
- Identify and report potential internal theft opportunities to store management.
- Adhere to Sephora's policies and procedures regarding suspicious cases, ensuring evidence preservation.
- Report all incidents of theft, merchandise recovery, accident investigations, and audits to relevant departments.
- Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with store employees, local law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
- Assist with store audits, security checks, and inspections, communicating results to store leadership.
- Support store leadership in inventory process assurance and conduct punctual and cyclical inventory processes.
- Perform monthly locker inspections and maintain updated store licenses.
- Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures, adhering to LVMH's code of ethics and conduct.
- Complete all My SEPHORA Learning trainings and raise awareness of loss prevention among store teams.
- Participate in touchbase meetings and contribute to the training of new employees.
Qualifications
- Experience in loss prevention.
- Retail experience preferred.
Skills
- Written and oral communication skills.
- Logical reasoning.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
Experience Requirements
Experience in loss prevention is required, with retail experience being advantageous.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
