What is Manager Digital Lending?
The Manager – Digital Lending (Merchant Eco-System)will be responsible for managing and growing JazzCash’s wealth product portfolio, covering digital lending. The role focuses on product operations, portfolio management, customer experience, and data-driven insights to ensure the products run smoothly and continue to add value for customers. The role reports directly to the Head of Product Development and Innovation.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager Digital Lending?
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
· 5–8 years of experience in digital lending, fintech, or product management, ideally within a financial services environment.
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or equivalent).
· Demonstrated experience in API-based product development, agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
· Understanding of credit risk frameworks, financial modeling, and portfolio management principles.
