- 국내 물류 부동산 / 포트폴리오 투자/개발
- 투자구조, 재무모델, 펀드설정, IM 작성, 투자자 보고, 인허가 검토 등 투자/개발 관련 전 과정
- 국내외 투자자, 대출기관, 인허가청, 파트너사 등 Q&A 대응 및 커뮤니케이션
- Domestic logistics real estate investment and development (portfolio-level)
- Full-cycle investment/development work including investment structuring, financial modeling, fund setup, IM preparation, investor reporting, and permit/license review
- Manage communications and Q&A with domestic and overseas investors, lenders, government authorities, and partners
Requirements
자격요건
- 전공 : 건축학, 건축공학 (우대사항)
- 경력 3~6년차
- 국내부동산 개발, 금융, 투자관련 경력자
(물류센터 경험 무관)
- 영어(Verbal/Written) 중상 수준
- Major in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (preferred)
- 3–6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in domestic real estate development, finance, or investment (Logistics facility experience not required)
- Upper-intermediate level of English (verbal & written)
