Core Responsibilities (EA Base)
Manage executive inbox and correspondence
Organize calendars, schedule meetings, and confirm appointments
Track tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure nothing slips
Prepare agendas, documents, and notes for meetings
Organize files, documents, and data for easy access
Book travel and manage itineraries
Conduct light research to support decision-making
Marketing Emphasis Responsibilities
Schedule and publish social media posts
Repurpose blogs, podcasts, or videos into short-form content
Create graphics, decks, and templates in Canva
Draft and schedule email newsletters or nurture campaigns
Manage content calendars and brand assets
Edit short videos and reels (CapCut, Canva)
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of marketing support or executive assistant experience
Skilled in social media tools, Canva design, and light video editing
Strong written and verbal communication skills with creativity and adaptability
Naturally proactive, consistent, and collaborative — keeps content and campaigns moving
Growth-oriented professional seeking a long-term partnership with opportunities to scale
