Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing activations in both ON and OFF premise trade channels.
- Coordinate brand activities and events, including POS material and Value-Added-Packs.
- Represent the brand to clients, journalists, and external partners.
- Support the sales team with product sheets and visuals.
- Update marketing support files and manage digital assets and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and provide recommendations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as purchase orders and invoices.
- Assist in organizing PR events and managing press materials.
- Prepare business review presentations and conduct market analysis.
- Coordinate team meetings and manage calendars.
- Provide executive and administrative support, including travel planning and expense reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in international marketing, communication, or business.
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree.
Skills
- Fluency in English and either French or German.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive and adaptable with a hands-on mentality.
- Team player with a passion for the gastronomy and wine & spirits industry.
Experience Requirements
No prior professional experience required, but a passion for the industry and a proactive mindset are essential.
