Campaign Development & Management
Develop and oversee full 360° event marketing campaigns from concept to post-event review.
Lead on key visual and event identity creation, ensuring alignment with brand and event objectives.
Draft campaign strategies, track campaign milestones and KPIs, and share regular progress updates with management.
Manage the content strategy and overall look and feel of the entertainment social channels.
Create and maintain detailed social media calendars, aligning content with campaign timelines and event milestones.
Write engaging captions, copy, and posts tailored to each platform.
Moderate community engagement and respond to audience comments, messages, and interactions in line with brand tone.
Collaborate with graphic design and video teams for content production, ensuring visual consistency.
Partnerships & Media Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and event partners.
Negotiate and manage barter or part-barter promotional deals to maximise campaign exposure while controlling costs.
Coordinate ticket giveaways, radio promotions, and influencer activations, ensuring smooth execution and visibility.
Manage onsite coordination with sponsors, influencers, and media partners during event days to ensure successful coverage and integration.
Onsite & Cross-Functional Support
Work closely with the Event Delivery team to ensure marketing commitments are executed on-site, including branding, sponsor visibility, and media access.
Support internal departments such as Production, Operations, and Business Development to align marketing efforts with wider event objectives.
Assist in developing marketing materials for sales pitches, sponsorship proposals, and client presentations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience in the related field.
2–5 years’ experience in entertainment, events, or lifestyle marketing within the UAE or wider region.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and ticketing promotions.
Experience managing agency or vendor relationships for creative production and media buying.
Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat, Facebook) and tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
Excellent English copywriting and communication skills; Arabic language is an advantage.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple event campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Creative flair and passion for live music, arts, and entertainment.
Benefits
Salary: Up until 20,000AED (Depending on experience and qualifications)
