At Luscii you work on digital care programs that have real impact: they give healthcare professionals more time for their patients and help patients follow and understand their health better. As part of our Medical Mind team you translate medical knowledge into practical solutions that make a difference every day in hospitals and care locations. You work closely with hospitals, physicians, KOLs, specialists and other care organizations to design and improve care pathways, fully aligned with guidelines and the reality of care.
In this role you use your background as a physician / medical doctor and your clinical insights to contribute to clear and user-friendly workflows that are safe, effective and relevant. You help our partners successfully deploy digital care and thereby contribute to better outcomes, more patient autonomy and a lower workload for healthcare professionals.
You will among other things:
- Develop and optimize care programs together with hospitals, physicians and care organizations that directly contribute to better patient care.
- Design workflows that create clarity for healthcare professionals and are easy for patients to follow.
- Stay up to date on guidelines, laws & regulations and digital care standards to ensure clinical safety and quality.
- Join partner and client conversations to share clinical insights and build sustainable relationships.
- Translate clinical needs into clear, actionable input for our product and tech teams so improvements truly help patients and professionals.
- Assess whether the needs of new (including international) clients fit what Luscii offers and where we can make impact.
Why Luscii?
- Direct impact, worldwide – your work contributes to transforming healthcare on a global scale. From the Netherlands to the UK and from Africa to Asia, we enable healthcare professionals to guide patients remotely.

- Work smart and efficiently – we work four days per week. Our rhythm is focused, efficient and human.
- Flexible remote work – work from any location in the Netherlands. Join stand-ups from home, collaborate with teammates across Europe and meet in person when needed.
- Learn fast, grow faster – access to courses, conferences and room to keep learning.
- A culture where you belong – serious work without taking ourselves too seriously. Expect fun, responsibility, trust and celebrations.
Most important benefits:
- Salary: €3,900 - €5,100 gross per month (based on 32 hours per week — this is full time at Luscii).
- Remote-first: work anywhere in the Netherlands. We stay connected via regular online contact and monthly in-person meetings (Assemblii).
- Flexible setup: create your ideal work situation.
- Culture of freedom: holacratic organization with autonomy and shared responsibility.
- Time for life: four-day work week.
- Growth & development: access to learning opportunities.
- Team spirit: an international team of 60+ colleagues.

- Save lives: make a real impact by working on software that matters.
We value collaboration over competition. We are not looking for lone wolves. If you enjoy being part of a team, sharing ideas and encouraging others, you’ll fit in well.
The ideal candidate:
- You are a medical doctor with a passion for digital health and transformation, with practical clinical experience from the hospital.
- You feel at home in both clinical and technological environments and have built a relevant network to kickstart the Medical Mind work at Luscii.
- You are a natural collaborator who builds trust and connections easily and are open to visiting (potential) partners in person when needed.
- You are confident, constructive and not afraid to say 'no' when appropriate.
- You communicate clearly, know where you can have influence, are eager to learn and want to develop further.
- You are curious about self-managing, holacratic work cultures and ready to thrive in a flexible, creative environment.
- You speak fluent Dutch and English.
It is a strict requirement that you live in the Netherlands. Do not apply if you do not live in the Netherlands or do not speak Dutch fluently.
