Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of membership activities, including processing applications, renewals, and member inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement membership campaigns to increase enrollment and retention rates.
- Create and distribute membership materials, newsletters, and communications to keep members informed and engaged.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and programs that promote member networking and professional development.
- Maintain accurate membership records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Analyze membership trends and feedback to inform program improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to align membership goals with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in membership services, customer relations, or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of individuals.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with membership management software.
