As an MEP Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works are executed in accordance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations. You will play a key role in quality assurance and compliance throughout the construction phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect MEP installations and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor contractor activities and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Report non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve site issues.
- Maintain detailed inspection records and documentation.
- Participate in testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Support the project team in achieving timely and quality project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or
- Diploma from a recognized institution with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Nationality: Saudi Nationals.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices.
- Familiarity with international codes and standards.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
