Responsibilities
- Develop and implement assortment strategies for designated product categories to drive sales growth.
- Monitor sales trends and communicate key insights through regular and ad-hoc business reviews.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive research to provide regional and central teams with local insights.
- Identify new product development opportunities based on category performance and market environment.
- Participate in defining and implementing local pricing strategies.
- Lead assortment reviews to maximize sales productivity and inventory efficiency.
- Coordinate communication on new product launches with cross-functional teams and stores.
- Drive the implementation of local merchandising strategies in collaboration with regional and central teams.
- Provide daily support to the store network by responding to product and stock inquiries.
- Communicate regional trends and issues with central category management and replenishment teams.
- Partner with local visual merchandising teams to enhance floorplan productivity and support new store openings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of business experience
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Experience Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of business experience is required, with previous merchandising experience preferred.
