Responsibilities
- Monitor the progress of development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines defined in Gantt charts.
- Analyze the availability and delivery of NPI (New Product Introduction) materials, proposing corrective actions in case of delays to ensure time-to-market compliance.
- Develop, update, and manage a realistic delivery plan shared with assigned brands.
- Collaborate consistently with production and industrialization departments, communicating project status to the Demand Team.
- Verify the progress of work-in-progress (WIP) orders and confirm expected delivery dates, ensuring the regularity of the production flow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with major management systems (ERP/MRP).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
- Teamwork orientation and goal achievement focus.
- Proactivity, precision, and a positive approach.
Experience Requirements
Beginner level experience is required, suitable for an internship position.
